I am really good at listening and looking for the silver lining.
I have overcome sexual abuse and domestic violence. I’ve lost and found myself a few times, and edging into middle age brought me to a crossroad. I could continue panicking and grasping to control things not mine to control, or I could let go, breathe, and enjoy the rest of my ride. Turns out the ride’s not so scary after all (most days) 🙂
