5 things I want to help my audience with

I want to help moms overcome guilt and shame while promoting a natural lifestyle.

  1. Examine stereotypes that lead to self-doubt. There are many stereotypes in society and the media about mothers that we measure ourselves against. Many of these ideals are not realistic and make us feel like we are not good moms. Let’s erase these negative feelings.
  2. Take an honest approach to our flaws. Flaws. We all have them. Shadow work is a healthy way to reflect on the things we’d like to change about ourselves and a helpful guide to embracing all our sides.
  3. Incorporate healthy habits. Small changes to our routine can go a long way to helping us become the best version of ourselves we can be. Focusing on unprocessed ingredients and learning no-fuss ways to grow and store our own food are practical goals in our busy lifestyles.
  4. Reuse/Upcycle to reduce waste. What items can we give a new life by reusing or transforming them into a new-to-me product that will help reduce our contribution to landfills.
  5. Pollinator/Permaculture gardening. Let nature do some of the work for us by utilizing a gardening model that focuses on native and pollinator plants, companion planting, and permaculture. These small steps become a big gift to the planet as more people get on board.

Let’s work together to be better tomorrow, today! 🙂
